Panda Express - Germantown

The service is fast, but the orange chicken here always looks and tastes a little. There's never much sauce on it and it's too sharp. Soda machine has been on the ground for months and the only solution is a wet floor sign before it. Always had to throw away a fly that spit my drink. In view of the other fast food options nearby, I would still go here, but stick to the ride and probably get something next to orange chicken

Store is not very clean. I had to use wipes in my bag to clean the table. All the tables were dirty. A lot of water on the floor of the beverage machine - not the first time I saw that by the way. We literally had a puddle under our table. Had to wait for our orange chicken, which is not a problem in itself. I totally understand. But when we got it, there was very little sauce, some pieces had no. My lo my noodles were all bok choy mixed with a few noodles. I went to the counter and asked for more sauce for the chicken. They said they could only give me sweet and sour sauce that I said I didn't want because it was supposed to be orange chicken. The cashier then offered me a small takeout container of new orange chicken, but it was 't much better. Even though my children love Panda Express, will definitely think twice before they go back.

I just picked up my exceptional order, the box opened to find its only half full, $15 for walnut chicken, definitely demolished on this. Will never be back, there was a copycat recipe that I will try instead.

The service is alright. The food is tasty but also decent at best. I order to pick up and service was mediocre. When I arrived, there wasn't anyone inside. They made me wait a extra 10 mins for my food to be done. That for sure wasn't cool. 3 out of 5 stars. It's 50/50 if I want to go back. Thanks for reading my review. Peace ??

They didn?t have any eggrolls. They didn?t have any chopsticks. No drive through menu, just some blinding bright lights. 2 of my cheese rangoons (they don?t have crab Rangoons) were halved. Dry rice. If i could give no star i would! Never coming back!!!
