Kei Jei - Germantown

Daily fresh and so delicious!! Easy to grab for a lunch break or picnic! Get it while you can because they sell a little fast as they make only a certain amount

First, this is within the whole food. That said the Tonkotsu soup base is good! It has a deep and rich taste and is with everything you can find at a fast food ramen-ya in Japan. The chashu and noodles were good, and probably better than your average ramen here in the USA, but were only average with what you would find in Japan. Overall, although if you are looking for a traditional ramen taste, this is not a bad place to start. Try their original flavors next time.

I'll give them an A for effort. It looked great, but the taste was meh. You can't expect much from the south. It's not like there's a huge Japanese population here. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. Unfortunately, I know what I miss. It makes me a tough graduate. If I were a random person who knew nothing about Japan or Japanese food, I would say it was FANTASTIC!

Her noodles are delicious and my husband had her sushi burrito, it was also great.

Tried ramen and sushi burrito here. Both very good, which is especially impressive for ramen, as very few places serve it and even fewer can make it right.
