Tim Hortons - Georgina

It appears that this restaurant has above-average reviews. However, despite informing them twice that I wanted a sleeve for my hot drink during my drive-thru visit for tea and a donut this morning, they forgot to provide it when I reached the window. I understand that the drive-thru is always busy, but failing to remember after being reminded twice is a sign of average customer service. Some may argue that it is poor customer service, but considering the employees are only making $11.40 per hour, I can understand the challenges they face in this job. Hopefully, they will have better luck next time if they pay attention to feedback like this from a management perspective.

A small town restaurant with Tim's as staff. The service is friendly and the coffee is decent. It's exactly what you would expect from Tim's.

I find this restaurant to be a bit slower than others in town. The food is average, but they have gotten my drink order wrong a few times.

The staff working in this Tim Hortons is always so beautiful and happy. Sometimes I go and visit my grandparents in the coffee shop and every time the owner or his wife are in them, they make a point to come and talk to their regular guests. We were there on my grandfather's birthday and the staff wished him a good birthday and the owner bought him a coffee. I don't know if it's just because it's a small town, but the staff here is really nice and the place is well maintained.

Timmys on Woodbine is good, but be prepared for a line up sometimes almost out the door. They need a better set up but then I find that goes for all Timmys. Donuts are always fresh unlike some of the other donut places in the...area. Their coffee is ok but I don't go out of my way just to buy a timmys coffee
