September 2008 right next to commercials, the brasserie ha' surpassed expectations. my zeetong ~24) was moist and properly cooked, which was missing in taste, was made in texture. cm ordered abenbrust ~23,) it was cooked to perfection, with the correct amount of pinkness inside. the saurce was great. also the profiterole were very correct. the beer list was very limited <15,) but the Wijn list seemed more extensive, although we had no chance to try.
