Contribuiți la feedbackExcellent fish. Probably the best piece of fish I've ever eaten. Incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked. Served with potato vegetables. Salads simply very good, and special dessert, like a crème brûlée served in a sophisticated pineapple section was pleasing. Recommend this restaurant if you like good food. The service is quite slow according to American standards. 4 salads, 4 hake dinners, 2 glasses of wine, 3 beers, 2desserts were about 240 francs.
When I think of Paella, there are two bat references in my head: a beloved friend wedding in Valencia, España Circa 2011), and the cheerful continued experience of going to El Faro, the best Spanish restaurant in Geneva, and one of my favorite places to discover new wines, revisit beloved dishes, and enjoy an evening surrounded by art pieces and familiar faces. The attention is especially special, they make you feel at home, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion.
Best fish restaurant with the best meat croquets ever. You'll like every bite. And best service. We took the shrimp in garlic oil, the octopus, a Calamari dish, the Peperoni, the meat croquettes. And every bite we enjoyed. Everybody. And the service is... only the best service you can imagine. Localization near Cornavin Train Station on a side street. We will return there defenitively
El Faro is a Spanish restaurant in a central district of Geneva, full of Shisha clubs and oriental small restaurants. But El Faro is an upscale restaurant with amazing quality of fresh seafood. The choice is far enough to satisfy the most demanding...customers. We started with Spanish Tapas Jamon Pata negra and Piedmonte Padrone. That was good, but nothing really excellent. For example, ham was cut earlier and held in a refrigerator, which makes real difference with ham that is just cut from the leg that is held in a room temperature. But as the main course we had baked in Salzsee Bass. And that was a masterpiece! Super delicious, melt in the mouth!!! In addition, the fish comes to your table still in a salty armor and waiter works with deboning next to our table. It is to observe how “easy” this process is.
Booked this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday while we were visiting Geneva for 24 hours. The restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. The menu was excellent and the food was amazing. The staff could not have been more helpful and even gave us...2 glasses of champagne on the house at the end of our dinner. It's a great little restaurant and one that I would 100% recommend. If we visit Geneva again, we will sure sure look at this restaurant again.
