Genesee Country Store Candy Land

Very friendly. Went to the back to get coffee sleeve And great coffee!! Little difficult to find because no signage.

What a fun little store! I was drawn in by the bacon chocolate signs, walked out with some good stuff: Bacon Nuggets Chocolate Bacon Bark Chocolate Bacon Pretzel Oinks Choc Covered Bacon Choc Covered Grahams None of these were overly sweet, and the bacon was nicely balanced with chocolate. I liked the Bacon Nuggets the best they were solid chocolate with lots of bacon bits throughout. They also have hot soup, a make your own pb j station, dog treats push pops made of fudge! Friendly faces here, public bathrooms too :

This place is SO cute!! The girl at the counter makes the fudge with her mom! So many great sweets and cute little souvenirs. If you have kids, you should totally stop here!! They had a cute make your own peanut butter and jelly sandwich station with fresh crushed peanut butter and toppings/spreads that was open pre covid. Great place to stop if you are in the area.

Great selection of locally made chocolate and fudge! Very friendly customer service and overall chill vibes from this country store. I had the pistachio fudge and it was delicious. Super convenient location on 70 for anyone driving through! Stop here for some good sweets :

After visiting the BBQ spot next door, my wife was in the mood for some fudge. So fudge I had to provide! Luckily next door was the country store and they sell some fudge. It seems like your generic gasoline station market, but it stands out in its own unique way. Once inside you find it is like other markets, but it has a home vibe to it. The lady at the counter was nice and talkative. You could tell there was a lot of regulars as she kept welcoming them by name and they did the same. The corner is for the fudge addicts. They had a huge selection of fudge and different sweets that you could try. My wife personally got four pieces as you get the fifth for free. I'm personally not a fan of fudge as it is too strong for me. But I had to give a try. Each piece was powerful in flavor, so it ended up forcing us to limit ourself in each bite. My wife had an amazing time with each bite, we would personally recommended the raspberry dream and milk chocolate! DISCLAIMER: If you are planning on getting the 4 and 1 free deal then keep in mind that they will last you a while. They are powerful and since it's so sweet one bite is enough. Overall, if you're in the area then pass on by! It's worth buying some snacks or just trying out their fudge!
