Incredible beer. Glad we found the place. The museum downstairs is great. Loved having the Brown ale with the Cajun chicken Nachos. Great service. All this comes from a picky chef and former waiter.

My wife and I went and the charcuterie and cheese platter was very good, and what can I say about their selection of beers with the clock, it's a good idea to taste several of their blends. Even though it's 1.30 hours away from us, it was worth the trip...

Wow, a superb place to discover! I found this restaurant in downtown Gatineau during a guided tour with Tourism Outaouais. Working in the tourism industry, I will definitely recommend this restaurant to clients looking for exploration and history! The microbrewery Les Brasseurs du Temps is a beacon, a tourist, cultural, and social destination that brings life to the heart of downtown. Located on the site of Philemon Wright's old brewery, founder of Hull Township, it has restored the site to its original purpose.
