We waited over an hour to get our food and drinks. It was a busy morning but no reason for this service. Rotten bananas on pancakes, no maple syrup, skittle was dry, no sauce.

Horribly slow, waited an hour for food. Got my order wrong as well.

I need to flag that the service was excellent. But the price paid VS the food quality was at the very least questionable… if you can’t cook eggs properly when your supposed expertise is to serve breakfast, you just have no credibility.I’ll let you judge by yourself: overcooked Benedict eggs, and very cheap portion of potatoes, and cheaper portion of sauce…At this price, why should I go there if I can clearly prepare better breakfasts?Was our first and last time with this franchise.Au propriétaire nonchalant: allez donc vous faire cuire un oeuf!

Is very beautiful menu but not the actual food you get we get a strawberry and banana crepe without banana and strawberry just Nutella because was not fruit as the same with the French toast and the pancakes of kids menu offered banana and whip cream never got the whip cream toast came after we finished our eggs very disappointing with the food they didn’t have major of the ingredients is funny how when you order fruit they quickly reply that’s EXTRA but when they lack the fruit in your plate they still charge you full price even I have to get up to get my forks to eat from other table all experience is terrible

Got kicked out for bringing my own coffee.Came in with a home made coffee, sat for less than a minute at the table designated by our waitress before the waitress/manager came to our table to ask us to leave if we wanted to drink our own coffees. I simply asked, Can we go drink it outside and sit back at our table after? she answered loudly 2-3 times to us : If we allow people to bring their own coffees, we will go out of business . Her loud way to tell us brought the attention of other customers on us. Fair enough if it 's the restaurant 's policies, but please, be professional, nice and discrete. I would have spent $40 in your restaurant instead of the other breakfast restaurant.I guess Ben Florentine has a big coffee business to protect ?
