Absolutely disgusting!! Avoid ordering from here. The food was undercooked and the BBQ sauce was not gravy, despite the argument over the phone. The entire £25 order ended up in the trash.

Food was disgusting, under cooked. Ordered chow mein it was full of under cooked peppers that were cut too large no mushrooms in it all the other food was the same stamp, when I phoned to complain was told you should have requested mushrooms in the chow mein I pointed out they were on the menu. Basically this was a great Chinese takeaway but under new management it is terrible.

Always used east ocean and food been great until they were taken over by the neighbouring pizza shop. Food is always cold although delivered in really quick time, the veg in any of the dishes has zero crunch like it used too. The chow mein is soggy and lacks any noodles, and the egg fried rice is dry and lacks egg. The owner chef has an attitude if you try to advise of this accusing you of wanting a free meal and being sarcastic if you mention the chilli dishes have zero taste due to the excessive amounts of chillies used in the dish saying he will speak to the farmer.

The spare ribs here are amazing ! I’ve been here since I was a little girl and now I’m stil eating here with my husband now! I recommend the chicken house special fried rice and if you like spicy go for the Singapore fried rice and get a pot of curry while you are too! Good service and more importantly delicious food !

I have used this restaurant many times, but tonight was a disaster. We ordered two meals and prawn crackers, but the delivery driver took an hour to find us and then only brought one meal and the crackers. When I complained, he demanded payment and told me to sort it out with the restaurant. After calling them, they agreed to send the missing meal for free. However, shortly after the driver left, the restaurant called back to say they wanted to charge me £6 for the additional food. I reluctantly agreed, but when the second driver arrived, I refused to pay extra. The restaurant claimed they were giving me a discount, but I was not impressed with their customer service. The food was okay, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be ordering from them again. Avoid at all costs.
