Sonic Drive-in - Gastonia

I go to this place nearly every morning, and a staff member named Alex really makes my day. This is the best customer service I've had at a fast food restaurant in years!

Outstanding service and tasty food! We had a big order, and everything was spot on. The new management took the time to come out and introduce themselves, asking if there was anything they could do better – honestly, we had no complaints at all. We’ll definitely be back!

On my most recent visit, the staff appeared to be indifferent and not very enthusiastic about their work. The service was slow and lacked any sense of excitement. I understand that we all have our off days, so I'm open to giving it another chance. That said, I have no complaints about the quality of the food.

The service is great here and one time they even gave my husband a free large cherry limeade. 10 out of 10

Good food and service. Be sure to ask for mustard or ketchup.
