Burger King - Gardendale

Closed during business hours even though workers are sitting inside the building and doors unlocked. Confusing!!! 4pm on a Wednesday, no signs posted.

After work we went by burger kings it was 9:56 and when we walked in there were no workers in the kitchen and one of the workers apparently was the only one there was eating in one of the booths.he saw us but didn’t say anything untile we asked if they were still open and he was like I don’t know u would have to ask them.who were we to ask cus there was nobody there except him .he went on saying he only cooks the food he doesn’t take orders .Like for reals I’ve been to many fast foods and this one was the worst.

I placed on order online, thru Google but thru BK for pickup. Once I got there to get it, there were issues and they said DoorDash came and got it. I’m not sure how or why DoorDash came since it was for pickup and not thru DoorDash but after speaking with one of the workers, she helped me get it resolved. She was nice and helpful, and it was much appreciated after the day I’ve had.

The Whopper was good and the service was great.I do not understand why the buns are cool (at any location we have visited). Otherwise, the food was very good.Thank you and have a blessed day.John 3: 16-18

They didn't have what I ordered on the app, but they were very friendly and did the best they could to help me since I couldn't cancel the order thru the app.
