I like to drink my coffee from this store, but today it didn't seem fair to pay for a medium 7.65 coffee and it's not my first time that I buy there I asked why so much and the answer was that I'm in Manhattan anyway this girl I don't remember the name but she was short and speaks Spanish we also speak in Spanish

The cashier Nila is super RUDE!!! I made two orders that should be 4 hot chocolates and 1 cookie and got 3 hot chocolates and 2 cookies. I explained the situation to the cashier that there might be a confusion and she got aggressive and rude for no reason! Even though I was super polite, tipped and offered to pay for the extra hot chocolate. She insisted that there is no confusion and it's my fault!!! Hot chocolate tastes bad as well. not recommend

Hours are wrong, they say they open at 6:30 but rude staff wouldn’t even acknowledge or let me know when they would open

Point of sale of the well-known chain. You can find sandwiches, savory croissants, yogurt and desserts all ready and packaged. This can come in handy when you are in a hurry. Unfortunately the morning of our breakfast they didn't make coffee (not even American coffee!!! . Service ok prices, average. There is plenty of seating.

Bad service, they do not offer promotional services and products, they have no knowledge of how to treat the customer, I ask nicely about the services and they tell me that I should know because I went to the place, how am I supposed to know if I don't work there and alone I'm just passing through, a totally out of place answer
