The food order was good. Nothing special. But was amazing, was the service. The guy came into our vehicle gave us our food. He asked us if we needed something else. And said we had a good day. Most of the time they just drop and go. The name of the guy was Able. I hope I got his name right. It was really windy and I couldn't hear it right. But this guy was great. You don't get this service anymore. Will be back.

The salad is not shredded. I love that. The meat is juicy and actually taste grilled. Not like Bk that smells like farts and has the texture of leather. Or shredded salad like mickey d's. Well done. And her staff is nice.

Customer service is okay. Food is cooked to order. Fries crispy and hot.

We usually go to Carls Jr for burgers and chicken strips. This time I ordered the new BLT chicken sandwich, and I must say it is quite disappointing especially for the price. We waited for our order for over 20 minutes, just to discover a Puny piece of chicken between the bungalows. Honestly, I think I'm staying with Wendys or KFC's chicken sandwiches.
