Checkers - Gainesville

You have 2 Lanes 1 for ordering and 1 for mobile picking order my food came around 1050 was accepted to be done by 1055 not getting our food til almost 1115 and it was just frits. They didn't even come into the window to ask what our name was for 15 minutes and tried to give us another food. Not waiting so much for the convenience of the order.

Good food, burger and hair, a shake didn't want any. Not the best burgers, really like the hair, as long as it is good and hot. They didn't shake away, but everything is better homemade. But a decent place while you're out.

Customer service rep was super did a good job and was super prompt. But what looked like the manager came from outside, didn't wash his hands and rubbed his face and pulled his pants up. Thank God I only got a milkshake today because I certainly did not want him to make my food!

The order was taken by a strange robotics. It took 4 attempts to get the order right. The food was the quality of the examiners. The fries were definitely fresh.

Either the fries are cold or the burger is. 3 stars because ???? I guess that's the new normal. They're no worse than any other fast food place, but no better either
