Giovanni's Pizza - Gainesboro

Chicken salad missing tomatoes and bacon bits. The ranch dressing is not made fresh, comes from a packet. Was with a family reunion group. My aunts salad was also missing tomatoes and bacon. We go here every year as a big group. I think I'm going to pass on next year's meal. The server did as best as she could for our group, but she should have checked to make sure everything was on the plates. We had to wait over an hr to get our order. I cam understand those who ordered the hot foods, but an hr for a salad is a bit much. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I have eaten here several times. This last time I was here I was very disappointed. There were 4 people total working, they weren't as busy as I thought they would be yet they were still very much behind. I was told about 25 minutes to wait and then had to wait another 5-10 after going in and paying. The workers were not coordinated and had no clue as to what food went with what order. To say the least, one of the male workers had hair past his shoulders, and it was not pulled back. A big no-no for me when visiting a food establishment. Always pull your hair back when working with food. And please wear gloves when handling it. I'm being generous by even giving 3 stars. Luckily the food was good. I can't stress this enough this place was horrid! Food was gross and unedible. The customer service is terrible and the OWNER is crazy rude if you have ANY issue with his store's product.
