I ordered the Chow Fun noodles, but they were not authentic Chow Fun noodles; they were more like slightly larger fettuccine noodles. The egg rolls were more like fried spring rolls. I gave them 2 stars because some dishes were good, but the prices were high. They still use styrofoam containers that have visibly melted from the heat of the food, which is not ideal. It's 2024, and they should upgrade their containers to avoid serving melted styrofoam with the food. Overall, they need to use wider rice noodles, serve real egg rolls, and upgrade their containers.
The customer service at this restaurant is practically non-existent. The interactions with the employees, especially the owner, have been some of the worst I've ever experienced. The owner comes across as disinterested and hostile, staring at customers as if they've done something wrong. I've never felt so unwelcome in a dining establishment. The food is mediocre at best and should only be chosen as a last resort or if you're on a tight budget. The quality matches the low prices. The restaurant itself appears rundown, giving off the impression that the owners have given up on making it a desirable place to dine. If you're in the mood for Chinese food, I would suggest exploring other options before considering this place. Despite the average food, the lack of customer service and overall atmosphere make it not worth the hassle.
