Jennie's Cafe - Fylde

We had excellent sandwiches at this restaurant. I had a bacon and sausage sandwich, while my wife had a bacon sandwich. Both were delicious. We also enjoyed a great latte.

I ordered a bacon and sausage sandwich, specifically asking for the meats to be well done. When my order arrived, I found a mug of tea on the table that was only 3/4 full and cold. I had to microwave it to heat it up again. The sandwich was served on a barmcake, which I don't like, and the sausages were barely cooked and definitely not well done as requested. While I understand it was just a snack, it would have been easy for the restaurant to prepare it as requested, especially considering the price of £4.50.

Run by two friendly ladies, this cozy spot offers delicious hot meals in a clean and inviting environment. My companion and I enjoyed a satisfying full English breakfast, complete with sausage, bacon, egg, tomatoes, beans, toast, and a choice of tea or coffee, all for less than £8. In addition to the breakfast menu, the daily special of chilli con carne is also a hit, with the option to customize your order with various choices of sandwiches or salads. Whether dining in or grabbing a meal to go, this cafe is a must-visit if you're in the Preston, Kirkham, Lytham area and in need of a tasty meal. Convenient parking is available near the main building, just follow the driveway past the caravans and motorhomes on display.
