Wonderful little juice bar in the corner of the market. The beetroot, carrot and apple juice was delicious. They also do coffee and snacks, all at very reasonable prices. Nice and simple place, not pretentious.

This 'market ' cafe was inventive, the staff were happy attentive. The coffee was good the menu inexpensive. It had bright decor 'to die for ' seats whilst one side had 'bar type bench seats ' the other had swings hung from the roof(with restricted movement for safety). The most pleasant cafe we have ever been in one of the top experiences of our short stay in Madeira well worth searching out.

Great place to stop white visiting the Mercado! Juices are fresh and the waitress is very nice. It is at the left-hand side of the first courtyard and offers a quiet place away from the many tourists in the area.
