I was super excited that I had found a pho spot near my home. This was my 2nd time coming here and was hoping for a quick delicious meal. When we arrived we didn't get greeted and had to seat ourselves... which was already a red flag.... When she finally realized we were there she came and gave us our menus as she was on her PERSONAL PHONE!!! at first we thought she was taking a to*go order but then quickly realized that it was a personal phone call... after sitting and waiting for 15 min (without beverages) she proceeded to ask us what we would like to eat WHILE SHE WAS STILL ON THE PHONE TALKING!! We literally left because she looked at us like we were interrupting her phone call... Rude*disrespectful*horrible customer service

This place PhoReal nasty af. They gave me rotten noodles that were likely over cooked to compensate for the lack of flavor. I really enjoy Vietnamese food but this was very disappointing as a Vietnamese person : and then they don't even season they broth. I likely won't be returning and instead just making it fresh off the grill from at my house

PhoReal is my new go to! My husband and I love coming here and getting our usual pho orders something we haven't tried from their menu : Let's talk about what makes PhoReal different from all the other pho spots in the area: BROTH. Their broth is not made up of powder soup bases or bouillon cubes it's made of real ingredients and simmers for 24 hours before it's served. I feel great after I eat here, unlike some other pho restaurants that can make me feel bloated and salty. I adore their chicken pho, which is light and flavorful (and contains juicy cuts of chicken . Their other dishes like their grilled squid, soft shell crab, and scallops are amazing as well. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on their menu! If you're looking for a pho spot that offers delicious, high quality food, dine at PhoReal!

The food here is delish! So fresh and the broth is so good! The egg rolls are also awesome.

I ordered a Pho togo with rare filet and beef tendon. I immediately noticed the noodles are in very bad quality, they're not fully cooked and in very chopped condition.... so I didn't wanna eat the night at all.. plus soup broth is not tasty either. The beef filet quality is good tho, hence the two stars. It'd be my first and last time trying this place.
