The Anchor Inn - Friskney

Very nice gasthof, good selection of drinks, very family-friendly and the food and service is highest quality. eddie, the renter, is very friendly and helpful. large beer garden that is safe so that children can play safely on the many activities. I recommend a visit that they will not be disappointed.

Just called in on the off chance of a Sunday roast as we travelled past and it was absolutely delicious, one of the best Sunday roasts I've tasted, the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to cater to us, thank you, we'll definitely be back when we're next on our travels

Had roasted a Sunday with my two children and it was perfect! the food and pub were great for us and I got some rest to enjoy my meal after my children had finished their when they played happy in the garden, which is very adequately equipped with play equipment etc. there is also a wonderful owl and a kind of bird of prey that we all enjoy watching. the service by the personal was also perfect. updating we have just something to eat from the new anchor inn to take away as we had to be home and it was as amazing! well packed and tasted just as well as eating in the restaurant/bar.

Food fresh not frozen. Do challenges like burgers and value for money. Packing is on the road but it's a small quite village. Friendly staff and choice of ales.
