I ordered off the app and had an issue using one of the offers. I didn’t get what I ordered using the app. I spoke to the general manager Vanessa who was just rude and completely unhelpful. She has zero customer service skills and should not be working in the service industry let alone management. Needless to say I won’t go back. Plus we waited a long time for our order and they weren’t even busy. I rated one star and that’s only because you can’t rate 0 or negative stars.

One of the tortillas for my eggnormous burrito was moldy. Absolutely disgusting!

Did a drive thru order of a whopper meal and 2 chicken sandwich. Got 2 junior whoppers and a whopper. Went back with the bag with fries and sandwiches for correction. Got my sandwiches corrected and no fries upon return. I'm usually patient but these folks couldn't get the order right now matter how many times I returned.

This restaurant is horrible. It is always so unfriendly going through the drive-thru. We never get our full order, and there is always an issue.
