The Cellar - Fredericton

I adore this hidden gem of a restaurant! From the ambiance to the food to the service, everything was excellent. The decor is top-notch.

We waited for over an hour for our food while tables around us, with guests who arrived half an hour after us, were served before us. It was frustrating to watch others being served while we sat there waiting.

I really enjoyed Isaac's. It was a personal favorite of mine with their delicious nachos and straightforward menu. Unfortunately, they recently closed down their restaurant.

My husband and I went to visit our daughter at university and she suggested The Cellar. The music was a bit loud, but you'd expect that being a place for young people. With that being said, the food was delicious and very inexpensive. Although it is way down in the basement, I would highly recommend eating there, I will definitely go back.

This pub has great local and vegetarian options, great prices and atmosphere. Being a student at UNB it's perfect to have such an affordable (non profit, student owned ) option on campus.
