Ordered a couple subs for lunch through DoorDash. After taking multiple bites of my sub I noticed the lunch meat had a brown off color to it. Last time we got subs in store I asked for different lettuce and the girl made a comment it was the same lettuce. The lettuce she was going to put on my sub was nasty and had gone bad. I will eat from a different subway from now on.

Hey, it's a Subway. I'm not coming here for gourmet food BUT the workers are incredibly polite and relaxed as long as you're not coming in with an attitude. Love it. 10/10

My beef is that I was there today and orders a 6 #10 and special ordered a 6 pepperoni. First you need to teach your staff how to price it out. I had to tell her. SECOND and most importantly YOUR BREAD IS STALE. If the bread gets stale your staff shouldn't sell it . I shouldn't have a crunchy coldcut sandwich. I've been going to Subway since it began. Growing up in Ct and meeting the DeLucas , needless to say I've seen subway evolve , from small menu, V shape cuts in the bread. I've eaten a lot of them since the early 1970s. You're supposed to be about customer service. I'm sure the DeLucas wouldn't be impressed by stale sandwiches and not honoring coupons.
