Domino's Pizza - Fredericksburg

I always have pleasant experiences with this Domino's! Plus their garlic parmesan pizza sauce is really good

My food came cold to my house when it was delivered, but when I go to the store to get it corrected, the management was awesome with situation by refunding my money. They were very friendly and courteous and prompt. Great job!!!

I just stopped in for the convenience. The Thai restaurant next door was closed for lunch. There was only one person on duty, but he was prompt and friendly. Dine in is available, though the place is really not set up for that.

I ordered a $55 delivery order for 2 Pizzas, bread twist and bone in honey BBQ wings. When the food arrived we received boneless dry wings. Basically chicken nuggets. Nobody bothered to tell us this. When I called to speak to a manager to get this fixed I was placed on hold for 14 minutes then they hung up. No customer service at all. Very unprofessional and the girl was just rude!! I'll never order from here again.
