Always Love Chick FIL LA, Fast friendly service. Great spicy Chicken Sandwich

This place has gone down hill. For me that us. I can't talk for anyone else. Nuggets are never cooked the same. Over cook or under cook. Been going here for over 5 years and is getti g worse. The parking lot is hell on earth. The drive thru makes it inpossible to get out of the parking area if you go in for food. I used to go here 2 or 3 times a week, now once or twice a month.Better check you food twice make so you have the correct order. More the once we keep getting the wrong order a d that's notgood 20 minutes later when you at the house pulling wrong food ou the bags. Chicken sandwiches are always cook correctly.

Was having a anxious morning and because of it, I was not thinking all that straight. Order the incorrect item and didn't notice until I got to the window. Ms. Monica at the pick up window was not only very friendly and gave me my first smile of themorning, she helped me without question. Thabk you Ms. Monica! Love it here! Always great service.

I have been getting Chick-fil-A for lunch multiple days a week for years, and this location in the Fredericksburg area is easily the best. They are the most consistent with the fastest service. I wish they still offered curbside pickup and their parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare, but I attribute that to the design and the drivers, rather than the store management. If you are planning to get Chick-fil-A in Fredericksburg, this is the location I would recommend.

They made a mistake with my order, but they asked me to return. I left a review and they reached out to me, giving me the correct meal. I appreciate them making it right. Their customer service is still top-notch, just like Chick-fil-A. Thank you!
