Five Guys - Frederick

This review is not about food, but about the staff. A young lady worked with 3 other male employees. The three people spoke while fulfilling orders, called orders and collected supplies for others. It seemed like a one-man show to do everything with her. You could see that she had a hard night and it was food rush. It is disappointing to see the working-class struggle while there are others to help. Although she had a rough night, she made sure that she was polite for the customers when they were dealing with them.

This is my last time to order from this place, if it were for me, I would give them zero stars that I have been giving them tries since the opening, and we moved out of Mongomery County. I visited other places and found that it is not the chain, but this bad quality food (as it is made) in Frederick, in this particular place. I'm a great tipper... I always am and complain, but I had enough. I'm sorry to pay $60 for burgers and pommes and get what I didn't order. This time I ordered a bacon burger, w/out cheese, because I cannot have milk, tilted 20% for a pick-up order, and made sure not to order it with salad or tomatoes, because after several tries get soggy burger rolls...and to my amazement opened my burger today and got a soggy bread w/ a bacon CHEESEBURGER. I will not visit this place again and want others not to waste their time. The service and food are not better, it remains in a steep decline. Fire the workers and keep the food and train people to make quality food compared to your other joints! It seems to be a Frederick problem, not a chain problem. I just visited your Charlestown; WV Five Boys Location and it was amazing.

Burgers are good (not 5 stars, that would be a good restaurant quality), but you know, beginning at fin time in this business is about 20-28 min. I recommend the online ordering and picking up around ~20 minutes mark to serve there a little before it is done (this is based on the average of order time at 3 occasions, avg 25 min). Other five guys I was faster, but just know that this place is slower if they improve their speed per other five guy location I would increase the rating.

I just got my order out, they were great! The workers there were so accommodating and understanding! Since my sons have a sesame allergy, I asked for a grilled cheese and burgers on hot dogs and the guys understood immediately and cleaned the grill, got new gloves and made their order especially and carefully. It was great to see the manager running the staff through the process. It looked like they knew what they were doing. It's great to see young people working hard and working together! Absolutely come back!

Five Guys. A great place to get burgers and fries from. This place let's you customize the burger you want to your liking with the trimmings (ex:bacon, mushrooms, etc) The French fries are tasty as well. Definitely a break from the fast food normalcy of burgers and fries. So go out and try them.
