Biggby Coffee - Franklin

I have to be honest by saying when you ask for cream and then extra cream and all the baristas look at you funny and say what do you mean by cream? This should tell you this is not a coffee shop to frequent. They literally messed up my order three times this morning I waited over 20 minutes and I finally asked for a refund when they could not figure out an iced coffee with extra cream. Not to mention I had ordered coffee grounds to leave with and they gave me beans and didn't even apologize when they had to fix the order and gave me nothing but additional attitude.So I went to the dunkin' donuts down the street for my iced coffee and was in and out in 2 minutes and they got it right on the first try.

Biggby is our favorite spot! everyone is so nice and the food and drinks are so good

I am not one to write bad reviews but wow is all I can say right now. I used to be a perc leader at a biggby years ago and if I was a manager at this location I would have canned everyone in that building during my visit today 11/1/23. The baristas were slow as hell- they were not friendly at all either. It was not busy, myself and one other drive thru order.. They took 15 minutes to get me the sad excuse for the coffee that I ordered. Honestly, it's going to get dumped out because it tastes awful. I always make it a point to visit Biggby because of the amazing coffee drinks that I used to make/ have made by great baristas... This was just not it... Sad.
