Charlot - Frankfurt

When we are in francfurt, we will visit the Opera Café/Charlot. I can only find that the quality is kept constant over the long time of existence. one of the few German-run restaurants with Italian orientation. from the “Café” they should not be irritated. the dishes are characterized by a very good consistency and taste. the size of the part is very satisfactory and corresponds to the overall higher price level. a little strange is perhaps the “cover price” according to Austrian model for some guests, but also in this look qualitatiw high-quality ingredients are served. the personal is very friendly, communicatv and offers a very good performance both professional and looking at the visual look. this should be rewarded with a corresponding type. the atmosphere is raised and dotted with a completely textile cover. all these factors and the direct orientation to the “Old Opera” justify a corresponding price level, which can be described as very fair. a beautiful experience and therefore a clear recommendation.

As always very good eating and a great service. it must be.

Eating was good, but not exceptional. after the appetizer came super fast, the service was greatly reduced. the appetizers weren't cleaned up forever, although little was loose. the prices are only to be accepted by the beautiful location.

Eating was good, but with very high price levels. the ambiente is beautiful. the service completely overwhelmed. without the personal engagement of an operation that actually wanted to make a party, we would have waited more than 20 minutes until we could order a dessert after the start. for that we had to wait another 25 min... at the neighbourly left a few the restaurant without order after a good 30 min forgiven waiting...

Service very attentive, eat very well, but overpriced. a bit gigantic through the outside area. location on the opera perfect!
