Contribuiți la feedbackI can’t forget what I felt, when having lunch here at one of beautiful summer time. Taste, plating, staff’s kind service, even draft beer, everything was almost perfect. Only crazy car drivers near the restaurant made me a little annoyed, but you know actually it’s inevitable in this kind of center of big city.

Great customers service and ambiance, the Yellowfin tuna sashimi was sumptuous and flavoursome as well the Prime beef fillet which was cooked to perfection and succulent. A must to visit when in Frankfurt
A very relaxed yet fine restaurant in Frankfurt directly on the Main. The blankets lined with stucco, finely covered tables and the still somewhat rustic benches and tables create the premises to make it cozy and yet modern look. Our six course menu is absolutely convinced. Beginning with greeting from the kitchen: Pekanuss, White asparagus, Tofu. Small and fine. Appetizer: asparagus (boiled in the foil and unfortunately somewhat too far), potatoes, Hollandaise. Soil as it should be. Intermediate passage 1: Salmonashimi, fennel salad, cherry blossom. Intermediate passage 2: Breton napkins, beard lines, inlaid radishes, coconut bart-leek font. To the point. Afterwards: main lobster, green asparagus, Shiitake mushrooms, black bean sauce. Jammie very good. Main menu: Milk calves, black truffle removal, Frisee mushroom, sour beans. (The milk calf has gone a bit, perhaps because the supplements were so big). A small greeting before the last dessert: Holundersorbet As a crowning conclusion there were pots US, Rhabarber Compote, Rhabarber Granite, Butterbrösel. Very light, acid fine. It's just one thing to say, thanks Mario. An absolutely successful evening and a super loose cook.
A great cooking course with an extremely authentic kitchen and workshop chef! Thanks Mario and Dirk for the delightful afternoon full of tips and suggestions for their own kitchen. And thanks to the friendly staff and the wife of the boss.
