Die Nudelbar & Hot Pot

Wenn auch die Speisekarte in Teilen so andersartig anmutet (Kuddeln als Vorspeise, Rindersehnen in Suppe) sollte man sich gern einmal trauen.Ich selber habe mir eine sauer-scharfe Glasnudelsuppe mit Schweinefleisch bestellt. Das Schweinefleisch war zwar Hack aber die Supper war hervorragend. Eine wunderbare Schärfe säuerlich abgeschmeckt. Für eine Mittagsmahlzeit eine große Portion. Auch gute Esser werden sicher satt.Ich werde sicher wieder hingehen und mich an weitere Speisen trauen :)

A Chinese friend of mine introduced me to this restaurant that is right across from Frankfurt main train station. It serves Chinese Sichuan style Hot Pot. Each individual gets one small pot, and can pick ingredients from the buffet station. Many different sources to choose from. In addition to the raw ingredients, there are some cold dishes as well. Very typical Chinese, the only difference is that the pot is individualised. Customers are mainly Chinese. each time visit, the place is always full. In addition to hot pot, Sichuan style noodle is also served. Highly recommended.

The taste is pretty authentic Chongqing. Hot pot buffet is more than substantial, economic place to have a delicious meal. However, the service is not that satisfying, the owner was not warm, and the waiter doesn't speak English.

第一次吃火锅就被~讹~讹~讹» 听朋友说法兰克福火车站附近一家火锅店味道是相当的不错也！ 我一个人去看女儿顺道就慕名去品尝品尝。21.03.2017 ( 中午) 去后就点了四川火锅，并告诉 "老板" 我只要微辣，没想到端上来的太辣，根本就没法吃，然后叫"老板"给换了一个不辣的。 吃完买单了，卻要我付两个人的钱( 34.50€)..也不给收款单!! 这……让我好奇怪？！我把换不辣那口锅的锅底钱 ( 2€ )一起付了不就行了吗？没想到"老板"还来理了，说什么每个人都像我这样换来换去，我这生意还怎么做呀？！ 首先不要说这本身就是你"老板"的责任对吧！卻还要我付两个人的钱！其理何在？！ 回家想想就憋屈得慌，所以到这里来给大伙儿诉诉，这样的老板开的店你还敢去吗？！

Né più né meno quel che promette!hot pot ragionevolmente autentica, ricco (ricchissimo) buffet di ingredienti, anche (ma non solo) di quelli molto "autentici" e poco usuali in Europa (interiora, etc.).prezzo molto ragionevole.ampia scelta anche fra le "zuppe" di base: di caratteristico c'è che le zuppe sono individuali, il che garantisce libertà di scelta nel caso di più commensali con gusti diversi.la pentola fumante risulta però più vicina, e genera molto calore.giudizio ampiamente positivo, con la soddisfazione di aver trovato quello che cercavo
