While we saw the Gwen Frostic Shop in the city, we stopped for lunch. On this cool rainy afternoon we had a bowl of their 7 Bean Medley and split a veganlicious panni.

We really enjoyed finding this place on a recent trip.

Just recently went here and it was really good! They have quite a few vegan sandwiches, a salad and a soup! They also have vegan hot chocolate and mocha. The owners are really nice, so I'm sure you can ask for them to make a custom sandwich. But I'll definitely be coming back!
