Very unkempt and unfriendly owner! He wanted us to pay parking fees even though there was only a simple parking symbol next to his shed (of course only after the hike, otherwise we would have driven straight to a public parking lot . He immediately became cheeky and said he could have wrecked our car.... When he stretched out his nasty fingers towards my son (4 years old! , I ended the discussion and gave him his euros. Really greasy and greedy guy the first we met like that on our second trip to Crete. Everyone else was extremely friendly, including the lady at the Meltemi tavern three doors down where we had previously eaten...

It's definitely a mistake to drive past here. Great view, good food, and above all entertainment from the boss....
