Wingstop - Fort Worth

The people at this location are completely useless. Not only did they get order wrong but they didn't even know how to refund it. A complete waste of $40

Terrible service. Our order never got delivered and when I called with my concern the phone was answered but no one said anything, I called 10 times (no exaggeration) when the “manager” finally answered he argued with me instead of fixing the problem and then hung up on me when I asked for a refund. My husband had to drive to the location to ensure our refund would be applied. Very unprofessional. We will never order from this establishment again. If I could rate negative stars I would.

This place is trash customer service sucks everyone's rude I ordered them through the Wingstop app for delivery a couple times and every time I either don't get my order or it's wrong in my opinion just close the store at this point !!!!

Maps says that this location is open for dine-in take-out and delivery. Soon as I walk in to this location all chairs were over the tables for no Dine in Services. This was a big inconvenience for me especially since I was in the middle of lunch and happened to Google this location and it said available for dining in. Stop playing games the pandemic is over open your restaurants and offer dine-in services. Companies have already made their money above and beyond any pre pandemic year! "It 's time to open up!!!! Waiting for over an hour to eat is ridiculous, especially when you order online. A complete staff laughing and playing with a lobby full of angry customers is ridiculous. I'm pretty sure one of the employees is as high as a kite smh. They should be taught to be respectful and to consider the time of people, especially when they are on lunch. In any case, this place will not visit again.
