Firehouse Subs Alliance Town Center

Your standard Firehouse Shop. Too bad they went to packaged sauces. I miss the Gator Hammock. We found it online, but the variety of sauces made it more fun to go there. I think the North Richland Hills area was cleaner.

I went in for a sandwich tonight. While I was ordering, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. However, the tattooed white woman behind the counter seemed to be whispering to another young woman and seemed quite taken with her. I asked, "What? Are you kidding me?" and it was clear they had nothing to say. This made me uncomfortable, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I placed an order and when my daughter went to pick it up, they had already closed the door and turned off the lights. When a staff member finally came outside, we were informed that they had thrown away our sandwiches. Although the worker laughed about it, she left with a bag containing three sandwiches and three bags of chips. I made the order at 8:31 PM, and my daughter called me at 8:58 PM to let me know they wouldn’t give her the sandwiches. I spent the entire day waiting for the manager to contact me about getting a refund, as I had already been charged for the sandwiches. Customer service told me that I need to wait until the manager gets in touch with me. I'm usually a big fan of theirs, but I'm really disappointed by this experience.

The subs here are delicious. They are slightly higher in price than subway, but I also think taste much better. It's worth the few extra bucks. The hot sauce here is the bomb.
