Wendy's - Fort Wayne

I have placed a few hours before closing an online order. I got there and most lights were out. have my offer and came to home to discover the fries were completely stone and cold and the burgers lacked most of the torf. complete waste of money. food: 1/5

Worst experience ever. Line and wait over 20 mins. Says we can pick up mobile orders online so I placed one to avoid the ridiculous line. Come to find out you cannot get in. Also kept getting error when confirming we were there to pick up. But they charged my card no problem. Now on phone with them for another 20 mins to get refund.

An item was forgotten and we were told that they could not replace or refund the item since it was after breakfast. Awful service. Do better training your people and having better customer service.
