The curries are always put together well and have tremendous flavor and they are made to the heat you would like. The spring rolls and fresh rolls are always s must have for a starter. If you are on Illinois make Thai Diner a must to try!
DIRTY TABLECLOTHS.... They have glass tablecloth protectors above the white tablecloths... BUT the side of the white tablecloths are VERY, very dirty on the sides of the tables. Other than that, the food is decent for Thai. Beware if you go at Noon time, they are packed and only 1-2 servers for about 12 tables. Go after 1:00 PM. Coconut soup was very good, and I believe the rice is a Jasmine. But the Hot Tea is a bag served inside a small tea cup. The shrimp in a blanket is about 2 inches long, and it's not a crispy version. Would not order the shrimp blanketagain. The Lemongrass Chicken Dish, had no real lemongrass flavor, and had a brown sauce to it. Decent.
New Menu. I visited Thai Diner for the third time last night and was really impressed again! The food was very authentic Thai food and the service was perfect. I noticed their menu is updated and new which is nice. The tom yum going hot pot was perfect as an appetizer soup. Delicious. The portions of the food is always large. We enjoy coming to eat at Thai Diner every time. Easily the best Thai restaurant in Fort Wayne.
Stopped by for lunch with my family and everyone loved their meal. Flavors were top notch and so was the service. We will be back.
Great food! Have ordered carry out several times, great service and food. Have tried fried rice, noodles of the drunk, and pad Thai. All highly recommended.
