Cinnabon - Fort Shafter

I used to be a fan of their cinnamon rolls, but my recent experience was disappointing. They're pricey, yet the quality has noticeably declined.

It was a cute little shop with great and fresh cinnamon rolls!

I wish they weren't pre-boxed and room temperature... plus they are rather expensive. Okay if you have a microwave to heat them up.

The last time we ordered Cinnabon, one of them had a long hair baked into it. Gross. Customer service here is non existent too. We tried to use the T-Mobile Tuesdays offer and the cashier rudely pointed to a TINY sign by the register that says they don't do any promotions. Why don't you put a large sign by the front?? I told them I don't want anything and walked out. Instead we're enjoying our dessert from upstairs at the new 85°C bakery. Cheaper and they're so much nicer. Cinnabon is past its hay day and is just a shell of its former self.
