Tim Hortons - Fort Saskatchewan

Below average coffee, reheated from frozen baked goods, awful sandwiches.

People in line is not uncommon here. Always busy but that doesn’t hinder the staff from being friendly and courteous.

Terrible service. Waited in line for 10 minutes with one person in line. I patiently waited when it was my turn I went to pay for my coffee. The lady took my money then told me oh I forgot to put on the coffee it's gonna be a 5min wait. There is to much conversations happening and not enough working. Everytime I go in there it takes 20 min to get 6 people threw the line. It's unacceptable.

The menu selection was VERY slim. I've had this happen at other locations early in the am (2am to 5am however it wasn't even 11pm. All I ordered was a bagel with cream cheese it was lacking in cream cheese. The staff did seem pleasant tried their best to accommodate us :

Excellent and fast friendly staff. Coffee is always hot and fresh. Fresh baked goods as well. Two thumbs up.
