Yes, we all get one to scratch an ash, they just don't need to do it while the food they give me to eat. I would never do that to you or anyone else. what for food handlers wearing protective gloves while handling food? that is a sweat! yes, the foundation behind this idea is admirable. but the thing is - when they observe and attentiveness. they will see that the food handlers still touch everything and everything as if they were not wearing gloves as if they were not even treating food. when they touch their hats, haare, itching nose, handy, grab all the door handles, the others who do not need to wear gloves, grab their pants with both gloves and do the chubby checker twist to pull their pants over their hips, and then back to touch the customers food. do they wear the foods on the toilet - don't remove them, come out and then back behind the food counter. and all this should be considered acceptable food treatment? and if it isn't that where is then the supervisory management while all this is going? if I, as a customer and truck driver, these things happen all the time, then how come management doesn't see it as a problem? -bon appétit
Be cautious of this drive thru! the staff and food is great. But I am not exaggerating when I say that they will ALWAYS forget something in your drive thru order. It can range from sauces to whole sandwiches. I have never had to go back into a McDonalds more about forgotten items than with this McDonalds. It got so bad that I refuse to even use the drive thru because I will just have to walk inside anyways! Luckily they never give me a hard time over it, probably because it happens so often. If they fix this glaring and annoying issue, then I'd give it 5 stars because everything else is great for a McDonalds.
I've been to several McDonald's, and by far this is one you will get decent service from! Always friendly; I especially love how efficient Robin is in the drive thru. Some times I have to wait, but I know I will get correct and hot food. Thank you for being consistently amazing and some how keeping high spirits despite the general public!
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. It is by FAR the worst McDonald’s in the area. Every single time I go here it takes FOREVER to have a small order made. If I go in the drivethru, they make you pull to a spot and wait for 10 minutes. If you go inside and use the computer so you don’t have to wait in the huge line, you’ll be sitting for 15 minutes waiting for a messed up order. It’s literally a horrible experience everytime I come. Every time I come here I’m late to work or wherever else I was going because it takes 10-15min to get the food. The layout is absolutely useless with the kitchen on the 2nd floor. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to
I ordered a Diet Coke to go from inside and went to the fountain where you can serve yourself. I noticed the Diet Coke tasted really off so I asked the lady who was the manager if she could get me the drink from the other fountain behind the counter. So I ask and this lady said it will taste the same from whatever fountain you use and I asked her to try anyways and she starts getting an attitude and never asked to take my drink. So I asked someone else to do it and they did and it tasted completely different, like how a Diet Coke should. After the manger noticed I asked someone else to get my drink she starts saying there is nothing wrong with the Diet Coke. I mean seriously? You’re really going to get mad at someone for just asking to fill a drink at another fountain? She was rude, inconsiderate, and shouldn’t be managing anything! I never complain about something this small but this lady was over the top PATHETIC
