Auntie Anne's - Fort Myers

I really enjoyed the pretzels! The staff were friendly, and my kids absolutely loved the pretzel sticks with cheese dip. We also tried the cinnamon pretzels with icing, which were delicious. Overall, it was a great experience!

For AuntAnne it doesn't matter, usually you find something overpriced. But one of the employees whose name was Chris made my journey worth it! He is incredibly positive and has a good sense of urgency. If you discuss whether you stop at AuntieAnne's or not, and you see that Chris works, it would be worth stopping just to make your day a little better.

I expected to grab a quick snack at the mall, but I was really disappointed. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand how stressful it can be and that everyone has bad days. However, the woman at the register was quite rude. I believe her name was Bel. My order was messed up, and she rolled her eyes at me and ignored me when I tried to communicate with her. Thankfully, a very nice gentleman, who I assume was the manager, came in and his attentiveness is the only reason I might consider returning.

The receptionist was outstanding. She was friendly, nice, and funny. Even though it was close to closing time, she went out of her way to take my order. However, when the lights turned off precisely at 7:00, there was an unexpected outburst from a staff member. There were three customers still waiting in line, and he yelled at them to stop being served! It was as if he expected them to not be there before the lights went out. Then, he approached her aggressively and shouted again. She looked upset, and it seemed she was caught in a difficult position, but she calmly explained that those customers were already in line. Despite the pressure, she chose to serve them anyway. Good for her!

I have the cinnamon pretzel. There were about 1/3 full of sugar and very small amount of bites for a big size. The staff was very rude.
