Now, let's chat a bit. This place has new owners, and they've only been running it for 30 days as of today. With any new management, there are bound to be some hiccups. For example, their website is outdated. I came here specifically for the waffles, but unfortunately, they aren't available yet. However, my ham melt was great, and they also had some house-made muffins and other items. They’re off to a good start. There's plenty of parking, and it’s easy to access, making it a great spot for anyone needing a good cup of coffee or a sandwich in the morning. So definitely give it a try and see what they have to offer. The people here are really nice!
