Starbucks - Fort Lee

Before Covid, creamer, milk, sugar , napkins were on the self service counter. Now you have to ask for everything including half half that now costs an extra 70 cents! Well there are lots of businesses that sell coffee , so we all have options now! Neat trick to get more revenue from already overpriced drinks.

Very welcoming Starbucks, greeted upon entry and the coffee tastes amazing! Great to go to start your day.

Overall, good service. This morning, however, the girl making drinks had to sneeze and plugged her nose while actively touching people's cups. Then sneezed and swiped her nose as she continued preparing drinks.

Mostly good experiences, but there are these two female workers constantly having an attitude with the customers. I get it, I worked fast food and was a waitress back home and I'm well aware that when you get a bunch of people in one area, it can be difficult to keep the sound down, but yelling at customers is not the way.But on the other hand, there is a few employees that seem to genuinely love their job. One of the female staff members is always helpful when it comes to new drink recommendations and a smile!

Idiot cashier lost my order and I waited for a hour and then they give me the wrong size after they finally gave me my drink after I showered them my recipe mutable times.I understand that they were busy but how do you lose a order and for get that you check me out.Also I ordered macha latte.It takes 2 minutes.It's two ingredients?????
