Taco John's - Fort Collins

The food tasted good, however the time it took to get our food was far too long. Another patron confirmed that this location typically takes an unacceptable amount of time to get your food. There were no napkins in the dining room and our table, along with other tables needed to be sanitized and wiped down. The employee who took our order was clearly sick and was not wearing a mask and could be heard coughing in the back, possibly near the food. I also noticed the employee handled money and food without washing hands. Only 2 employees on shift at the time. Choose a different Taco Johns location or go to a different restaurant.

Meal was as expected. I wouldn't suggest Taco John's is 5 star food but the food I ordered was fresh and hot. Definitely a great job for their menu. Also fast and friendly service.

First time at any Taco Johns. Ordered a burrito and they gave us a salad. Receipt explicitly said burrito, not a bowl. Staff argued about it with my SO. They were busy, we tried to be as polite as possible about it. Not a great experience.

Food itself is pretty good. We had been sitting in the parking lot after ordering since we had more plans after. Took about 10 minutes for the people behind us to get their food from the drive thru, which is alarming as someone who also has experience in fast food, especially since we hadn't ordered a lot, and there had been only 3 cars behind them basically the entire time.It's a good restaurant with good food and staff, I'll give em that. People behind us were only handed one drink and one bag though, so it's not like they ordered a lot. People behind them looked to be getting impatient.

Every time I place an online order for this location it seems to always be lost for 20-30 minutes and then they magically find it in their system (regardless if I show up 5 minutes after I place it or 30 minutes). Both manager and front ends are rude. The food is below average (which I don’t expect it to be great, it’s taco john’s). The other location is nicer and their food taste better.
