Contribuiți la feedbackThe staff here are friendly, but this location tends to be really slow. I arrived around 8:15 AM, and I've been waiting for over 30 minutes. I've noticed that people who came in after me have already received their drinks and food. Unfortunately, this means I'm going to be late for work. I'd recommend either going to the Butner location or arriving here very early.
The drinks took an incredibly long time to arrive. They were out of many items on the menu. Additionally, one of the female staff members kept getting orders mixed up and was rather carelessly placing the food on the counter. Many of the chairs and tables were arranged in a way that indicated they were closing, rather than being available for guests to use.
I visited this restaurant about three years ago, and I can't stop thinking about my experience, so I felt compelled to share a review. My husband and I absolutely adored Lisa at the drive-thru; she was an absolute delight! When our car broke down, she came out with jumper cables and got right to work, only to discover that we just ran out of gas. I would expect that level of service from Chick-fil-A, but not from Starbucks! Lisa even ran to get us gas! We intended to come back and surprise her with a gift card, but when we returned, Lisa seemed to have mysteriously vanished, and all the other employees said they didn’t know a Lisa. Talk about a sweet discovery! I did take off one star because the line was quite long.
I have tried this location 2x now and I will not be going back. Both times my order was wrong and I had to contact Starbucks directly for them to correct the issue.1st visit: It was busy, right at 11am so the food court was piling up with people and naturally Starbucks was getting a rush. I placed my order on the app instead of waiting in the long line to order. My drink is called and I walk to my car. I ordered a Brown Shaken Espresso with Pumpkin Cold foam on top. No pumpkin cold foam (which it was totally white so I should 've known). Went to have it remade and was given SO MUCH ATTITUDE about having it remade and it was still made wrong. They poured espresso in the cup with syrup and ice, no SHAKEN about this process, and topped it with pumpkin foam and shoved it towards me. I called Starbucks because of the experience and how I was treated in the store, no big deal they gave me double the amount I spent back for the inconvenience and said they would do feedback.2nd visit: I had my husband pick up my order on the way home. Ordered him a pumpkin cold brew and my usual brown sugar shaken espresso with pumpkin cold foam. Surprise surprise. Same thing as the first time. No pumpkin cold foam on either drink. And my shaken espresso was not made correctly, meaning it was not shaken. The syrup and stuff was all settled on the bottom. Again, called Starbucks because I was assured feedback would be sent to hopefully prevent this from happening again... clearly they don 't care to make the drinks how they are supposed to be made.DO NOT GO HERE!
