Wingstop - Florida City

It was my first time trying it and it was horrible the service was not it. The chaser ignored us for a straight 30 minute and after we took our order we had to wait about 1 hour and once we got our food the fries taste just like homage fries soggy and wet. The chicken is not good at all.

We ate at a different WingStop previously and didn 't have a good experience at all so we were hesitant but figured we 'd give this location a try. Unfortunately, it wasn 't great either. Nothing was wrong with the service itself, the staff were nice. We just got a small order of boneless wings and fries but waited a fairly long time for them. However, the size of some of the boneless wings were like the size of popcorn chicken and barely had chicken, it was mainly breading, but still counted towards the amount that we got so we kind of felt a little slighted there. And I don 't know what blue cheese they use but that is NOT blue cheese...it doesn 't even have the slightest taste like blue cheese and tastes more like chemicals. Both my partner and I tried it and agreed that something wasn 't right about it. The food was hot when we got it which was great, but the fries were floppy, as if it they were previously cooked and just warmed up. Overall, we 'll spend our money elsewhere from now on. It has nothing to do with the staff, but rather the store/franchise itself.

I find most wingstops are consistent location to location. However this one fell short all the way around. Staff was super amazing and friendly despite how busy they were!

They always time long to make your order even if you order on the app they take a hour for a 20 minute

The service is very bad, we arrived without any customers and 40 minutes have passed and still nothing the service comes out, a location with very bad customer service who comes to eat
