Well this is one of my favs and I went to Florence location last night for dinner . Placed my order they took my name .That was last word spoken as when your order is ready they don't even tell ya they just put a bag on a rack if you don't walk up to see if your name on a bag you don't get your food . There was a fella sitting waiting for his food for a long time and realized it was on that rack the whole time. Do we live in a mute community the young people can't even talk and tell ya when your order is ready . The last before you changed your process was much better . The sandwich was the worst I have ever had from firehouse .

Young boys working with long long hair. Their hair was not tied up and only one had a hat on. I pulled a long hair out of my sandwich, after it was already in my mouth. The food was good, but the kids should really tie their hair back or wear a hair net. I couldn't finish my meal after that.

You folks never cease to amaze me. The team was polite as they always are at any of the locations I've been to. Y'all need to open one in Sandusky, Ohio. I'm all for the road trip to get the best sub in the land. Keep up the fantastic work!!Phillip

My daughter and I came for lunch. Both our sandwiches were made wrong. Her's had jalapeno which was not to be on her sandwich. I ordered a firehouse hero and got the hook and ladder. The three very young employees were talking,using cuss words, and laughing amongst themselves. Would I return??
