Customer service is stellar! I called Saturday morning, and the phone just ringed and arranged so they were super busy. Within moments of hanging up, 30 seconds or so, Al's Coney Island staff called me back to ask if they could take an order from me as they missed my call. What? No restaurant in my 54 years has called me back EVER when I hung up before the order! Go to Al's.... Your company sets the GOLD standard for excellent customer service! And BONUS... the two BLT sandwiches we ordered were delicious and so affordable... $7.00!

The menu is HUGE! If you taste something, it's probably there. My breakfast (at 11:00) was like cooking at home. Great!

I went back for the tenders and fries, Wow the fries were crisp on the outside soft and warm on the inside Double wow the chicken is fresh, well made, delicious and I can wait to feel hungry again so that i can have it again...
