Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt

Awesome experience, my grandkids love it here. We went in yesterday, everything was clean, a lot of flavor to choose. Not like those fake reviews recently. Hope the business will get better in time.

This store has been receiving a lot of backlash since the inspection but they?ve worked so hard since then to make the place clean and bug free! Inspectors gave them the okay to re-open and it looks so nice! The floors are redone and the baseboards are new and repainted. Deserves a second chance. Their non-dairy pomberry and cotton candy swirl tastes just like the nerds candy!

BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED TIPS. We put our yogurt on our credit card and were given a typical food establishment slip to sign that had a space to add a tip. Since we did the work of serving our own ice cream we did not add a tip. We also neglected to write in NO TIP or to put the total at the bottom of the receipt. When our credit card posted our charge on our account there was an unauthorized tip added. We will never go back there simply because of dishonesty.

We should have tasted it first. 4 different flavors and 3 tasted like spoiled milk. Bummer really loved the idea of a getting dessert after dinner.

We had not been in a long while due to poor experience but wanted to try again. Half of the dispensers were dripping and not solid, center handles to mix flavors were jammed, the toppings bar was mixed up and not very clean, hot fudge and caramels were not working near the counter.
