Contribuiți la feedbackWe were so impressed with the flavors and portion sizes! We ordered the Nam Khao crispy rice and the Hainanese chicken. Both were addictively good and we had some to take home to enjoy later. We'll be back!
I recently dined at Laos Kitchen in Las Vegas, and it was an outstanding experience that easily deserves a 5-star rating. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food, which showcased a perfect blend of flavors and authentic Lao cuisine. Each dish was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a feast not just for the palate but also for the eyes. What really set Laos Kitchen apart was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They were quick to offer recommendations and ensured that our dining experience was memorable. The ambiance of the restaurant complemented the overall experience. It had a cozy and inviting feel, making it an ideal spot for both casual and special occasions. In conclusion, Laos Kitchen is a gem in Las Vegas for anyone looking to indulge in authentic Lao cuisine. The combination of delicious food and stellar service makes it a must-visit destination. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
The food here is top notch, possibly the best I've ever had in Vegas. Service was very attentive and friendly. I wished we could of taken a photo of all the food but we literally inhaled everything in a couple of minutes. Prices are reasonable for the portion you get and the restaurant itself although smaller, is clean and comfortable. DRUNKEN NOODLES possibly the best I've ever had. Spicy, flavorful and addicting. Highly recommend this dish! PAD KA PAOW our second favorite dish. Flavorful, refreshing and hearty. Can't go wrong with this one. STIR FRY CHINESE MORNING GLORY the garlic flavor just takes this dish to another level. Wished that the pork was fried in this one instead of boiled but the vegetable was too delectable. A favorite for sure! CHICKEN SOUP I'm not sure exactly what the name of the soup was but the chicken soup broth that was similar to Tom Yum was even better than expected and everyone in our group raved about how great it was. LAO PAPAYA SALAD if you like the fermented taste, then this will be your go to. Otherwise, pass on this one. I personally like the Thai version as I found this to be too pungent but it's still tasty for what it is. MOK PAH SALMON Tasty and the dill adds to the flavorful taste of the salmon. Overall, highly recommend this place as all of the dishes we ordered came out better than expected since it was our first time there. Will definitely recommend and come back here again!
I was at Lao kitchen 12/26/2023, ordered just 3 dishes, I really wasn't hungry but I needed to try since I don't come to Vegas that much.1)far from strip/main area of Vegas2)unique dining set up, nothing fancy at all.3)food took a while to come out.4)slow services due to ONLY one person who wore crocks serving us, not very polite, just straight forward and not friendly.5)overall great quality food, yet most of all, expensive forbade small portions of beef jerky and sausages. Even the papaya salad laobstyle was good but not enough for two people to relish.
Saw a lot of reviews about this place and especially about it being authentic. Everything we got was pretty good and definitely authentic. Their portions are huge so be prepared to share. We got the thum kao piak, mee gatee, pho Lao, sticky rice, fried chicken wings, and thum papaya. The mee gatee was for me it was really good but omg I couldn't finish it. I really liked their thum papaya it had a good kick and umami. I didn't try the chicken wings or pho Lao but they were murked so must have been good. Only thing about the thum kao piak was I was expecting just noodles but it had a lot of fillers such as cabbage and morning glory.Long story short, come to find out the taste was so good and authentic and familiar is because the cook is from Ban Lao and she happened to bring out a dish for another table and stopped to chat with us. Hi euy Noy! Lol.
