I have not had a bad dish and I have done take out numerous times. Could be spicier but they will try to kick it up if you ask.
This is hands down the best Thai food in the entire Madison area. They make really awesome Thai food, and it’s not the watered-down-with-sugar-syrup stuff that some of the other Thai places in Madison seem to sadly have. Every single dish I’ve had here has been excellent for instance, the Tom Kha soup is brilliant, and the Green Curry is simply astounding. The Khao Pad Gaeng Daeng is pure heaven on a plate try it without eggs for a spicier kick. And, their fresh spring rolls are delightful, as is the Pad Phed. We’ve also had the drunken noodles and yellow curries, and those are pretty neat too.The best part is you can pretty much substitute any protein choice, and the resultant dishes still taste divine. Oh, and lest I forget you have definitely got to try out their smoked chilli sauce. It’s the greatest sauce you’ll ever try! This place Rocks!!!
Curry used minimal spices and was mainly coconut milk, pad Z Ew was lightly stir fried with soy sauce and steamed vegetables, pretty bland overall the tofu was good. The house hot sauce was also tasty and added to the dishes a lot. I'd wished there were more herbs and the stir fried noodles had crisp to them.
Pad Thai is too sweet. Thai tea is good. We signed an integer including tips but the credit card shows a decimal number. Unfortunately, we didn't save the receipt to compare but I suspect the restaurant adds more tips. If you want to try food here, make sure to save the receipt.
